Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours notice via email to or telephone 01732 500652.

To avoid delays if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule.

We do understand that some things are out of our control but please understand that sudden changes affect not only the technician but other clients as well.

If your appointment is not attended and we have received no notice, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Should you wish to book a future appointment you will need to secure this with another deposit.

Booking fee cannot be transferred to rescheduled appointments more than once. If appointment is rescheduled more than once a new booking fee is payable.
