Booking & Payment Policy

Prices are correct at the time of going to press. Prices are subject to change without written notice.

A booking fee of £50 for each procedure is required to secure an appointment, payable via bacs transfer, this is only refundable for exceptional circumstances outside of our cancellation policy. Payments may be made by cash or card on the day of the appointment or bank transfer prior to the appointment.

Two appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most procedures, it is advised to have your second appointment within 6-10weeks, any longer than 10 weeks and the treatment will need to be started again and charged as a first appointment. You will only have one additional session included within your initial appointment if two appointments are necessary.

We ask that no children are brought to the clinic and that only the person having the treatment is allowed inside the treatment room.

Please note that canceling or rescheduling of appointments will only be recognised with written confirmation via email or via the contact form on the website, other means such as WhatsApp or social media will not be accepted as these messages can get lost.

Booking deposits received are verification that clients have read and understood our terms and conditions.

Booking fee cannot be transferred to rescheduled appointments more than once. If appointment is rescheduled more than once a new booking fee is payable.
